By accessing or using Abaya Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Abaya Live provides an online platform that enables merchants to create and manage e-commerce stores for selling abaya and fashion products. We provide store hosting, payment processing integration via Stripe, and order management tools.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
As a merchant, you agree to: provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, fulfill orders in a timely manner, comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and handle customer data responsibly.
Abaya Live charges a monthly subscription fee based on your selected plan. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and a 5% platform fee applies to each transaction. All fees are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified.
You may not use Abaya Live to sell illegal products, counterfeit goods, or items that violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Abaya Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Abaya Live after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
